Burning of the Vines is back this Father’s Day at Sirromet.

This event has it all, fire, food and (most importantly) fine wine.

The burning will happen in the amphitheatre just below the Tuscan Terrace where you have front row seats to the magic. Sit back warm up and indulge yourself in the 3-course paddock to plate banquet. Each course has been perfectly paired with a Sirromet wine in a collaboration of our team of winemakers and chefs to create the ultimate experience for our guests.
