Located just 45 minutes from both Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Sirromet’s state of the art facilities provide food and wine lovers with a variety of immersive experiences. From tours of the fully operating winery to tastings at the buzzing cellar door; the lush onsite glamping accommodation Sanctuary by Sirromet, Sirromet Winery is a destination in itself, set against breathtaking natural scenery overlooking Moreton Bay.  

The structure and unique architecture of the Sirromet's winery and buildings are a perfect complement to the breathtaking natural scenery.  Here, in the state-of-the-art winery, Sirromet expert winemaker team combine their skills to produce Sirromet's range of award-winning wines. 

Terry Morris opened Sirromet in 2000, choosing land in Queensland's renowned Granite Belt Region to plant the vineyards. Today, Sirromet is proud to have collected over 900 prestigious national and international wine awards to date.

Since opening, Sirromet's vast grounds have been adapted to house various casual and formal dining options, luxury glamping accommodation, numerous event spaces and regular live music sessions as well as a variety of immersive behind the scenes experiences.

Region

With 100 hectares under vine, most of Sirrromet’s vineyards are located in the high altitude of Queensland’s Granite Belt region, situated 600-1500 metres above sea level and approximately three hours’ drive south west of Brisbane. The Mount Cotton vineyard showcases two unique varietals suitable for the coastal micro climate influenced by the bay breeze and coastal humidity.
